In Hyderabad the Lord did mighty things.
After the ministry in Palavancha, Khammam last year, Sol. Paul Hudson started a Troop Church.
One of the members Sol. David (who was engaged in a lot of ministries) organized this meeting wi the help of Paul Hudson & AOJ Telengana team.
He was narrating his experiences in crossing many ‘Everests’ in this venture.
First the climate became a barrier. It is the rainy season here. A ‘red alert’ was declared & many programmes were cancelled. Thanks for the faith of AOJ Soldiers, they proceeded with the arrangements.
- Place. They were looking for a place. Sol. David took herculian efforts in finding one. He approached pastors. 3 pastors declined. One specifically telling, “We don’t want Catholic nuns” to preach to us.
Finally He appriached the Pastor of Aron Church who obliged. He was the chosen one for this.
I got some time to speak with him personally. He is a banker a retired Manager. After retirement he started a Church in half portion of his rented house. (Asbestos roofed). He offered this place ( see the photos) & attended our programme fully. ( May be to check the doctrinal content of our teaching. )
Any way he got convinced about our classes.
First day only 10-13members were there. Pastor’s son ( a medical doctor) did all the electronic works for us. The Lord prompted me to add a little testimony part of AOJ too. After the morning session, he started inviting others.
2nd day the participants no increased to 30. A few pastors also came from distant places like Tenali.
After attending Mother’s “Tearing down stronghold” class, the Lutheran Pastor came forward & wanted to speak for some time.
He said,
“I heard the truth proclaimed here in a powerful way with a marvellous testimony. I see a second Martin Luther ( Sr. Leema Rose) here.
In the 15th Century the Lord raised a Martin Luther to protest againt the wrongs done by the Roman Catholic Church then. Now in our period, the Lord has raised a second Martin Luther who proclaim & insists on the true teachings of the Bible.
Let us thank the Lord for He is opening the eyes of the institutional Churches like Pentecostals & Protestants to approve AOJ.
